An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Thursday, repeating until February 8, 2018
An intense and challenging course designed to target the core muscles. A typical class will incorporate a series of full body cardio warms up, followed by a range of core body training exercises, and concluded with a brief cool down stretch session.
